Jeff was born in Louisville, Kentucky and has lived in Atlanta since 1987. Jeff graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana in May 1987 with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Accounting. He has been practicing in public accounting since 1984.

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).

Jeff is currently serving on the B’nai Torah Board of Trustees, The Standard Country Club Board of Governors and is a former Epstein School Trustee
